The system VCB

When the transported products are particularly tough and tend to stratify it is necessary to use the VCB device. It is a multiple system housed inside a special box where, thanks to a pre-wash and wash, interspersed with two different types of scrapers, the belt is cleaned. During the various stages of work, all the resulting product is directed to containers or collection tanks to be then disposed of.

Belt Cleaner is synonymous with efficiency, cleanliness and environmental compatibility. All metal parts are powder coated and all bolts are in stainless steel. If necessary, the whole assembly can be produced in stainless steel AISI304 or AISI316.
